To the few of you who expressed interest in an Inktober book, here you go.
About half way into Inktober a friend of mine here at Blue Sky insisted I do a book. So the last couple weeks in between this and that I compiled the drawings and sent them off to the printer and I just got a sample back from them. You can pre-order them now here. It’ll take about two weeks for my order of books to come in and then I’ll be able to ship them out to you. I’m only doing 100. Not sure if I’m over shooting or undershooting, but if it’s way too many, I’ll be taking these with me to comic con. If it’s not enough, I’ll do a second printing.
All 31 ink drawings (one per day) are collected here along with a bonus artwork section in the back with a few odds and ends.
This is a limited edition of 100. Each book is signed, numbered, and comes with it’s own original ink drawing in it.*

I really like your artwork. I want to have a bunch of it framed and put up around my desk. I think I lean heavily towards the army/space stuff and anything that reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes. I have always liked your art.

Jake this is wonderful.
Your Inktober series inspired me to take up comics again. I bought a Pentel Brush Pen because of you and I’m loving it. Thank you so much.
I would love to buy the book by right now I can’t afford it. I hope you print another batch in the future.

Ok I just bought the book.
I couldn’t resist.
After all it’s cheap and I’ll only live once.
I hope I qualify for an original, too.
Thanks
